Life can bring bumps that throw us off course. Often affecting parts of our life that were running smoothly before. We may experience strong feelings and emotions that bring imbalance. Navigating through these times may feel overwhelming and scary. It takes courage to reach out, and seek therapy. As a social worker, it is my goal to offer a non-judgmental and supportive environment, where life’s experiences can be explored and resolved. Everyone has strengths, and building upon these brings healing. I work hard to help therapy feel like a safe haven. I enjoy working with children, teens, young adults, and adults. With a developmental focus in mind, therapy can be a time of healing, reflection, and optimism for the future.
