Traveling on your journey through life can bring feelings of joy, pain, fear, happiness, sorrow, despair and also guilt and regret. Sometimes you may feel as if you are on a roller coaster ride that never seems to end.
It has been said that “Life is what you get when you’ve planned something else.” I have found this to be true not only for myself, but for the many different individuals, families and couples I have had the privilege of working with over the past 15 years of my practice.
It would be an honor for me to join you and perhaps yours, in a quest to discover, navigate and create a harmonious relationship not only with yourself, but also with those you love and care about. Give yourself and others the gift of peace. Obtain the tools and skills you need and deserve to embrace the good, and banish the feelings and concerns that are disrupting your social, emotional and spiritual sense of well being. For when we depart from this life and this journey has come to an end, we will take with us both the love we have given and received, through the relationships we have encountered with ourself and others. Choose to begin the journey of healing now.
